The village Gura Portita is well known for the beauty and the wildness of its landscapes, being situated on a peninsula which split the natural reservation Danube Delta from the Black Sea, offering the possibility of combining daily trips into the biosphere's reservation and on the beach from the past. This journey is recomandated mostly to the younth and particularly to those who loves fishing and adventures, which will be fully satisfied. The gourmands will have the chance to discover the mysteries of the Lipoven's fish cuisine (fisher men and habitants of these places), the sports could coutch or fish from the lakes or Black Sea. The nature lovers could take some trips by boats or ferry on the Black Sea or Danube Delta. Here it's a "cherhana", a small restaurant, a wooden bungalows, complex built this year and a camp site. You can have also accommodation on the floating boats placed on the Lake Sinoe.

The eclipse will be observed at Mangalia in the visibility area of Southern Romanian Black Seaside (umbral duration 2m5s). The transfer will be made by ferry to Jurilovca and by minibus/coatch to Mangalia.
